Profiling: Measuring what you’re
made of from the inside out.

You’ll be asked to take a total of nine assessments or ‘profiles.’ The first six are part of our Basic Assessment Package and the last three, are part of our Advanced Assessment Package, which is recommended for those who want more information.

You’ll schedule a set of six assessments with your Exercise Physiologist during your welcome session (to be administered during your second or 'Assessment' Session). You’ll want to allow ample time to get the benefit of a thorough profile.

These tests will help your Exercise Physiologist create fitness and nutrition programs that provide the greatest probability for your success and aid your Exercise Physiologist in identifying any conditions that are causes for concern.

If conditions do arise that might inhibit your training or nutrition program, you will be asked to seek the advice of your physician before continuing.

Here’s a brief walk-through of the assessment procedure.
